From start to finish, my visit was wonderfully pleasant. I am a new patient to Dream Dental Services. I wish I remembered her name, but the office assistant was super kind and sweet. Will, the dental tech, was very kind and thorough. He explained each process that would be happening from taking X-rays, meeting with the hygienist, and then ultimately, the doctor. He made the visit fun with his humor and I could feel his smile through his mask. Tracey, the hygienist, was kind, quick, and efficient. Dr. Ouellette was the best - funny, kind, wants to provide excellent care. I've never felt more home at a dental visit. And then if the visit itself wasn't great enough, they give you a warm eucalyptus oil cloth to wipe around your mouth after they are finished to clean up any mess that was made. Such an awesome team.

I've been going to Dream Dental Services for several years now. Small practice with very skilled staff and all are very personable and strive to make sure you are taken care of in every way. They truly care about their patients and doing a professional job right. Will work in emergency visits. They make next day calls to you after major dental work to make sure you're doing okay. They also have TVs and massage dental chairs for the patients. Highly recommended.

Returning to my dental needs after being away from it due to the pandemic event, I welcomed the opportunity to get my teeth and gums examined. The dentist and hygienist were thorough in explaining what they found as to the condition of my mouth. I had a complete cleaning of my teeth and I was told what needs to be done in the near future. I’m extremely satisfied with my recent experience with my dental care. No pain encountered throughout the procedures. I’m 77 years old and still blessed to have my original teeth. I do recommend Dream Dental Services.

I’m terrified of going to the dentist. I haven’t been in six years because of this fear. I only go when something is bothering me. From the minute I walked in the door to the min I walked out, I felt comfortable. No one was pushy or overbearing. The hygienist, assistant, and tech were all very professional and seemed happy to help any way they could. I have a few things I need done now, and I’m even looking into going back for cosmetic work!
